OSHA 10-Hour Construction FAQs
The OSHA 10 hour construction course is designed for construction workers who are working in a construction site. It is ideal for persons who are new in the construction industry to have better knowledge and understanding about the hazards they may encounter on the job site.
The course is available for the student to take within 6 months upon course access. The student can go through the course at his/her own pace and convenience. There is a 10 clock hour requirement in which the student is required to accumulate 10 clock hour on the course before they can take the Final Exam.
The DOL card will come in the mailing address approximately 2 weeks from course completion. You may print off the temporary online printable certificate right after course completion and use this on the job site or provide this to the employer while waiting for the DOL card.
OSHA does not approve courses, rather, they accept courses which is in line or above their standards. OSHA Outreach courses are provided in partnership with 360training.com, an OSHA-authorized online Outreach Provider. The client may verify this by sending an email at [email protected].

The student has to have a score of 70% and above to be able to pass the course.
The quizzes and the final exam is on a multiple choice type of question and answer. After each lesson there will be a set of short quizzes consisting of 5 randomly generated questions. The final exam is a set of 25 questions generated randomly from all the lessons of the course.
No, but it will provide remediation once you have completed the exam.
3 attempts – If they fail, they will need to repurchase and take the course again.
Depending on the policy of your company, your employer may require you to re-take the OSHA 10 hour course as part of your training. For the DOL card, we can only provide an extra DOL card to students registered on 360 training and keep their records for only 5 years.
Per Federal OSHA the Department of Labor Card does not expire, however certain states require that the course be re-taken every 5 years. Employers may also have their own requirement to re-take the course at a given frequency
You may retake the course to obtain DOL card, if the student took the training course with 360training.com Inc., we can provide another card with a fee (25$), provided it is within the 5 year period that we have their records.

Yes, a minor can still receive the DOL (Federal) card.

The OSHA 10 hour general course is designed for entry level workers or workers who are new in the industry and is working in a power plant, a factory or sites or persons who are operating machines, apart from working in a construction site or doing construction work.
The course is available for the student to take within 6 months upon course access. The student can go through the course at his/her own pace and convenience. There is a 10 clock hour requirement in which the student is required to accumulate 10 clock hours on the course before they can take the Final Exam.
