Over time the public has began to take notice of the importance of safety rules and regulations in the workplace. Accidents and job fatalities can be minimized with the addition of safety rules and regulations. The OSHA program was enacted to implement safety regulations and health standards in the workplace in order to try and minimize the number of injuries. Various potential dangers and hazards are present in a work environment and it is important that workers are aware of the dangers and know how to avoid them. OSHA regulations are the norm at government job sites and many states now require companies in private job sectors to follow the rules also. The 30 hour course is recommended for those individuals who are responsible for making sure that employees are aware of the job specific safety rules and they are following them. The 30 Hour Construction Course teaches management staff how to apply OSHA standards in their daily work environment to help prevent injuries. OSHA regulations can be changed or revised so the course information is updated to keep the information current. The online sessions are a great alternative to those individuals who do not have access to the classroom sessions. This is definitely preferred for those employers who are unable to send everyone to a class. The online courses are made more realistic by adding colorful pictures, graphics and follow along narration.
Students can take each course at their own pace. Students can take up to 6 months to complete the entire course.
